Document pour le point de vue B2: 'Le télétravail généralisé depuis la pandémie de Covid-19 a profondément transformé les relations professionnelles. Une étude récente indique que 67% des salariés préfèrent un modèle hybride, mais que 42% souffrent d'isolement. Les entreprises, quant à elles, voient leur productivité augmenter de 13% en moyenne, mais observent une baisse de la créativité collective.' Introduction that frames the issue from the start
"soulève une question particulièrement pertinente... celle de l'impact profond"
→ 'Soulever une question' (to raise an issue) is far more sophisticated than 'parler de'. Nominalisation ('l'impact') is a C1 marker that enriches B2 speech.
Data analysis with causal interpretation
"ce qui s'explique aisément par... ce qui témoigne d'un besoin anthropologique"
→ At B2, don't just cite data — interpret it. The structure 'ce qui + verb' connects the data to its cause or meaning. Highly valued.
Distinguishing concepts with precision
"efficacité à court terme et santé organisationnelle à long terme"
→ Contrasting two parallel concepts with lexical precision is an advanced rhetorical technique. 'Santé organisationnelle' is management/business vocabulary.
Quoting a concept in quotation marks
"le 'bruit de couloir'"
→ Introducing a technical or cultural concept in quotation marks gives the discourse academic authority. A B2/C1 marker in speaking.
Structured nuance and proposal
"La solution réside probablement dans un modèle hybride régulé : deux ou trois jours..."
→ Proposing concrete, quantified solutions (2-3 days) is more convincing than vague solutions. The conditional ('réside probablement') adds nuance.
Conclusion with a broader perspective
"moins une question technologique qu'une question de culture d'entreprise"
→ The structure 'less A than B' reframes the thesis, raising the level of the debate. A B2/C1-level closing that goes beyond the document.

Consejos para la produccion oral
- In the B2 oral, the quality of your argument matters more than the number of words. Two well-developed arguments beat four vague ones.
- Learning analysis vocabulary (soulever, témoigner, révéler, mettre en évidence) lets you discuss the document with sophistication.
- Practise nuance formulas: 'Il me semble néanmoins que...', 'Certes... Néanmoins...', 'À condition que...'. They add precision to your speech.
- In the debate with the examiner, if you don't understand a question: 'Pourriez-vous reformuler, s'il vous plaît?' works perfectly. Ask for clarification with confidence.
- Record your response. Listening back reveals habits like speaking too fast, repeating the same verb three times, or not using connectors.
